Yes, and we actually recommend it! Because you have the device in your home well in advance, you can get familiar with the controls and electrode placement before labour begins. However, don't use the TENS on your abdomen during pregnancy.

The electrodes are placed on the back, on either side of the spine at two levels: one pair at the level of the bra line and one pair on the lower back (at the level of the sacrum). The enclosed instructions explain this step by step.

Yes, on average about 3-4 times. So practising with placement is definitely possible, but avoid reapplying them too often, as the adhesive weakens each time.
